Hardline Fitness definition for PT is heavy on personal “exclusive to individuals needs”
physically, emotionally, mentally, spiritually and nutritionally. The training part is easy
any one can kick someone’s butt, the question is can you kick it the right way. As a
client we will never ask you to do any thing we wouldn’t do, all we ask is you match our
passion to see change in your life, be accountable and work hard. Each day you can walk
under your own power, make decisions for your self and breathe free air is a gift. Treat it
like one!!!!
PT Rates….includes PT workout, cooking lessons,
shopping the modern grocery store, character – habit analyses, goal and vision
assessments.
